The staff offered courteous service at the reception. The manager displayed extreme professionalism and readiness to assist. I enjoyed the food at the sports bar. The gym was decent and the pool also was nice.
The hotel allowed Internet for only two devices.

I found the room service quick and efficient. The front office team, especially Simran, was very helpful. She provided really good support . I appreciated Simran's kindness and willingness to assist with various requests. The hotel location is close to the metro station, a great advantage.
I found the furniture to be somewhat old. The fixtures could use updating to improve the overall appearance. this did not significantly detract from my stay.

Breakfast included a chef who prepared nice dosas. The breakfast had good options, and the food quality was satisfactory. The restaurant staff were polite and efficient at attending to guest requests.
